2011 Bella Reserva Chardonnay

Pineapple, honey and butterscotch in a glass. In the early days we compared our Chardonnays to Burgundy but with over a dozen vintages behind us the wines are speaking for themselves- illustating the wonderful characteristics that is the soil of PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY. Listen carefully and sip slowly with lobster.

2009 Bella Riserva
Chardonnay

Another typical Long Dog
Chardonnay with a good balance of fruit, minerals and acidity. Citrus notes, hints of pear and melon and a touch of vanilla, it is definitely more Burgundian than New World in style. Goes beautifully with lobster and rich seafood dishes, but is still a quaffable wine on its own.
Drink in the next 18 months.

2009
Pinot Gris - SOLD OUT

Another Alsatian style Pinot Gris, left on its skins for 72 hours to extract its coppery pink colour and  extra flavour, this is an excellent aperitif wine, but also pairs nicely with slightly spicy food - Thai is a particular favourite. Drink now
or cellar up to 2013. 12% alc./vol.
