2009 Pinot Noir - Top Dog
2009 was an exceptional growing season which allowed our fruit to mature perfectly. This wine spent 10 days in cold soak maceration and then was fermented with native yeast. The good tannins will allow for aging 5-7 years.  One of the best Pinots our land has ever produced. 12.1% alc./vol.

2009 "OTTO"
Riserva Pinot Noir

Like Top Dog, the Otto had the same cold soak and fermentation. It is less tannic and more fruit driven, cherry, raspberry, beetroot with hints of vanilla and cocoa. Both 2009 Pinot Noirs spent up to 28 months in French Billon oak barrels. 12.1% alc./vol.
